Corporate Tenancy

For many years now Kym has been dealing on a non-exclusive basis with many of Melbourne’s corporate relocation companies.  The benefit of this for our clients is that they have the comfort in knowing that the tenant we have secured for them is backed by a company lease (BHP for example) as against having a private individual in their property. These corporate tenants are keenly sought and due to Kym’s long standing relationship with these organisations we are certainly at the fore front of corporate leasing.
