Before we start you need to be aware that whilst property managers, landlords and tenants all must abide by the rules and regulations of the Residential Tenancies Act, good old fashioned values of respect for one another and doing what you said you would do, go a long way to minimise friction in this business.

If tenants are treated like “second class citizens” this will likely impact negatively on the tenants and in some cases the property itself. It is vital that your agent has the “smarts” about himself or herself never to go down that path. Our culture at Ryan Property Specialists is based on the Rotary 4 way test of what we think, say or do.
